Large, Updated Chef’s Kitchen & Dining

Cooking and eating in is at an all-time high. First, born of out of necessity, and now people are pursuing as a hobby.

Checklist: High end appliances, quartz/marble countertops, prep spaces, big island, walk in pantry, statement hoods and statement fixtures.

TIP: It’s often said that kitchens sell homes which is not entirely true but kind of! Depending on if you do a minor, midrange, or upscale, your ROI will vary, with minor offering the highest ROI of 59%. However, upscale remodel is not far behind at 53.5%.

Appliances will be your biggest investment so look closely. Do not go so overboard on high end appliances that they are overpriced for the overall value of your home. The good news is that high end appliances cover a fairly wide range of prices.

Master Bedroom & Bath Sanctuary

The Master Bedroom and Bath have always been that coveted space that homeowners can truly claim as their own private oasis. With all the activity, and in some cases more people living in the home, this has never been more of a must for homeowners.

TIP: Don’t make it too personal. Neutral color palette and simple yet timeless materials are still best for resell.

Remember, future buyers of your home, do not want to pay to demo and renovate a master bath as it will add thousands on to their costs.
