The Bathroom Sink Situation: Trending for 2020

With all the time that we have been spending over our bathroom sinks (20 seconds at a pop and multiple times per day), and all the time our eventual guests will spend over our bathroom sink – when they are actually allowed to come over, we want to take a look at bathroom sinks.

Industrial Styled Sinks & Vanities

Overall, leading design firm, Sebring recently published a blog post proclaiming the rising popularity of the industrial primarily because of how well it lends itself to customization.

Metal finishes like gold or brass, or even matte black finishes, wooden accents, and funky tile patterns are the prefect adds to create unique and urbanized looks.

Houzz recently published the bathroom sink styles along with materials and faucet finishes. See their picks of top designers for 2020.

Check out the many ways to get the look you are after their picks and see what speaks to you.

Under Mount Sinks

The under mount is king and king for a reason. They are super practical (easy to keep clean) and stylish with clean lines that make a statement without dealing with a statement piece.

Concrete or Concrete-Look Sinks

Concrete has come a long way. Concrete is being manufactured with a variety of colors and textures making it more accessible and fun choice. There are also concrete look-alikes made from quartz for those not quite ready to take the concrete plunge.

Brass is Back

Brass and other medals are coming in with a vengeance. Unlacquered Brass Faucets are considered way on trend and are perfect for that detailed look. Unlacquered brass also changes – going form bright gold to a dark patina over time.

Wall-Mounted Faucets

Wall-mounted faucets are another trend that is in full swing. Mounting the faucets on the wall add visual interests and serve a practical purpose of freeing up counter space.
